about

The essence of our design work is to embody harmonious proportion that resonates with the human emotion, Elevating living in communities that are sought after. Our pursuit is to advance the classical language with environments that become more beautiful with age and Authenticity.

say hi to our team

Lew Oliver’s fixation for beautiful, functional forms began at the age of 5. Since boyhood, he has turned this hobby into a career of creating a world in which he would like to live in. Understanding the needs for building connectivity, preserving nature, and social viability, are all concepts Lew has been designing around for two decades.

His experience and passion now guide him into a realm of making an even larger impact by creating unique master plans that can also accommodate his housing product types.
